Please try your best to arrive on time. I do not double book and I schedule appointments so that each client can be serviced in a timely manner. If you arrive after your 15 minute grace period, and I am unable to take you, the last minute cancellation fee will apply, and you will need to reschedule your appointment.
You will be charged 50% of your scheduled service for cancelling less then 48 hours before your appointment, and 100% of your scheduled service for not cancelling or showing up to your appointment.
** Please note that all cancellations must be made online via the booking site. Texting or Direct Messaging will not be accepted as a cancellation, and the necessary fees will apply**
